Let’s not forget the Nursing Homes many of us may have relatives in one- Thank you for your care!





With spring arrival and summer approaching children will be out and about on bicycles, scooters, and skate boards.
Please kids don’t forget “Safety First!”
Wear your helmet,
Knee pads
And other safety items needed according to the type of play - you will participant in.
Check with parents or guardian, and teachers.




This also is allergy season – not so good. Yes, I know, the runny nose , watery eyes some and some experience coughing too.
