It’s that time of the year! Flu season!

When you are not feeling yourself or have a cold, stomach flu/virus. It’s probably best to stay indoors. It’s winter and Flu season. A few precautions to do to keep from getting the flu: Eat well, exercise, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep TIPS: For you and your family – if not feeling well! 1.   Sneezing – Please sneeze into a tissue and immediately dispose of it in the trash. 2.     Coughing – Cough into your arm 3.     Hand Washing – Wash your hands often with soap and water/ H 2 O regularly. Many places have hand sanitizer dispensers. 4.   Stay at home from school or work at least 24 hours after a fever 5.   Wear a surgical mask as to avoid spreading germs 6.   Stay at home 4-5 days after having the flu! Should you have any questions contact the Department of Health in your state or community. Stay Warm, Well and Safe!
