A day many commonly observed by visiting cemeteries and memorials and watching parades with military personnel and members of veterans’ organizations. In December 2000, the National Moment of Remembrance Act was passed for Americans to pay a moment of respect at 3:00 pm local time on the day by observing a moment of silence or listening to “Taps.”   In addition, Memorial Day is the unofficial start of summer, with parties, family gatherings, and barbecues/BBQs.   Things to Do with Kids Outdoors – Ages 3-5 And 6-8 Years -Old     The following is a list of great indoor activities and things to do with kids. Such as this: 1. Indoor or outdoor yard picnic: Spread out a picnic blanket, gather your favorite snacks, and put on your favorite playlist. Don’t overthink things. Keep things simple and enjoy eating and socializing in a new environment. It’s a delightful change of pace.   2. Jigsaw puzzles: Puzzles are a great way to pass the time. They can also help to reduce anxiety and slow downtime. Something that we could all benefit from.   3. Meditate: Meditating is a fantastic tool for relieving stress and anxiety and allowing us to live more in the moment. Headspace is a fun app that makes meditation accessible to people of all ages. It’s a resource that’s just one tap away, with fun and engaging animations that teach you the basics to tons of guided meditations categorized by need (focus, sleep, anxiety, etc.) and age.   4.

  Things to Do with Kids Indoors and Outdoors – Ages 3-5 And 6-8 Years -Old   Just because we’re all spending more time indoors these days doesn’t mean you can’t have a good time! Here are some indoor activities for kids. During the school holidays or on the weekends, the kids will look for fun and intriguing things to do. The following is a list of great indoor activities and things to do with kids. Look at this:     1. Indoor Olympics: Set aside a day to host your family Olympics. Organize an opening ceremony where each person represents a country of their choice. Create a variety of events: Make an obstacle course out of cushions and other household items (kids always come up with better ideas than adults), have an egg-on-a-spoon relay race, a pillowcase race, and so on. You can even sneak in some chores as events to kill two birds with one stone (who can clean their room faster?). Create medals for the closing ceremony.   2. Make Finger Puppets: Gather any scraps
