  Color Recognition  Color for April - Red Over the next several months - We are going to review  ' Color Recognition'  showing a variety of images using our  Basic Colors.     1.   April is National Poetry Month Ki Children's Poem -  4th Grade level  -  4th Grade     --    Beaver Likes to Do Everything Fast, From brushing his teeth to running from taking a bath. Playing with Duke his dog and feeding him too. Everything Beaver does is in a fast way, even making new friends on one of his fast-moving days. Oh, Beaver is a typical three-year-old kid Panda One that just likes moving in a super-fast way! From picking up his toys to rubbing and playing jump with his pet rabbit, even the rabbit can’t keep up with him. Maybe one day he will slow down but not this day! Today, Beaver makes a new friend named Rolu the rooster and the two of them stay outdoors to play. From tossing their ball, to kicking the ball and bicycle riding too! They play and play until the sun goes down and his dad calls the two. “It’s time to come in.” says Beaver’s dad. Dashing toward home, Beaver shouts to Rolu, “I’ll see you tomorrow!” Rolu the rooster
