National Bully Prevention Month

National Bully Prevention Month: This month is dedicated to making sure everyone feels safe and happy. We learn about kindness and how to stop bullying so that everyone can have a positive and friendly environment at school and everywhere else.

If you know or see someone being bully, get help for them. Use your phone to call for help!

5 ways you can help prevent bullying at school: but check with teachers and parents for more guidance.

Be Kind and Inclusive: Treat others with respect and include everyone in activities.

Stand Up for Others: Speak up if you see someone being bullied and tell a trusted adult.

Share Feelings: Talk to parents, teachers, or friends if you have any worries or concerns.

Report Bullying: Tell a teacher, school counselor, or principal if you witness or experience bullying.

Stay Safe Online: Be cautious with personal information and report any cyberbullying to an adult.

National Apple Month: October is the month when we give a big shout-out to apples! They're not only delicious as a snack, but you can also use them to make all kinds of tasty treats like apple pie.

Here are at least 5 types of apples!

Honeycrisp: Known for their sweet, juicy flavor and crisp texture, Honeycrisp apples are a popular choice for snacking and baking.

Gala

Granny Smith: These green apples are tart and firm, making them excellent for baking, especially in pies and crisps.

Fuji: Fuji apples are sweet, crunchy, and have a slightly tart undertone. They're perfect for snacking and are also great in salads.

Pink Lady: Are vibrant pinkish-red skin and sweet-tart flavor, Pink Lady apples are excellent for both eating fresh and cooking.
