National Gratitude Month

National Gratitude Month

It’s time to show some gratitude!

November is National Gratitude Month. But let me say every month is Thank you and appreciation and gratitude month, each day!

To all those, we appreciate and the services each perform near and far. Friends or family, colleagues or classmates, the list is endless.

Ways to show gratitude

Begin a gratitude journal

Write in your notepad three things you are grateful for today and

Three things you are grateful for every day.

The community - give back!

Give back to the community by showing appreciation- through helping others, neighbors,

Do your part- large or small. It all helps, and it all matters.

Spread it around–Gratitude!

Tell others how much you appreciate them. Their services, concerns, and friendship…

Tell your family know how grateful you are to have them in your life. Appreciate your pet too.

We love the holidays. It’s a day off for most.

But for all of us, it’s a reminder of our heritage and our place of origin.

A journey that began in 2018, today, we share in the Celebration of many holidays that we could research, chat, and discuss with neighbors, relatives, friends, acquaintances, and others over the years about the holiday that have a special meaning to them and all of us.
