Giraffe has the privilege of being the tallest living mammal on earth.

 An iconic mammal - who is an inhabitant of woodlands and savannahs.
Mostly Giraffes are found across African savannas where the trees and bushes are widespread and scattered over the considerable distance that makes a perfect habitat for this tallest living creature.

Giraffes were known as "Camelopardalis" until the 19th century, derived from camel and leopard names, because of its camel-like shape and leopards like skin pattern.

1.   Science has discovered that Giraffes doesn't belong to one specie only, the research has turned out that there are more than four species of Giraffes: Southern Giraffe, Northern Giraffe, Massai Giraffe, and Reticulated Giraffe.
2.   The average tongue length of a Giraffe is 20 inches long, and this extra length of the giraffe is quite helpful in eating leaves from the trees.
3.   Giraffe neck is longer than any other animal; however, the neck vertebrates are seven as that of any human being.
