Winter Solstice – Winter is the coldest season of the year. It occurs after autumn and before spring.

Did you know that the first day of winter was? 
Well, according to the ‘Old Farmer’s Almanac’
The winter solstice arrived on Saturday, December 21, 2019, at 11:19 p.m. EST in the Northern Hemisphere. 

Note: The winter solstice always occurs around December 21 or 22.
