International Children’s Day! –
Second Sunday in December






This date varies by country. It is a day to commemorate and celebrated annually in honor of children.


It began in 1925, as International Children’s Day, in Geneva; during the World Conference on Child Welfare.

And in 1954, the United Nations (UN) established Universal Children’s Day–celebrated in November; to promote togetherness awareness between children worldwide.
