October is ‘Fire Prevention Month’



The National Fire Protective Association sponsors the month of October to teach parents and children how to prevent fires in their own homes.

It is a time to celebrate the traditions, languages and stories of the vi communities and ensure their rich histories and contributions continue to thrive with each passing generation .   On August 3, 1990, President of the United States George H.
