It’s played with a plastic bat and ball, making it easy and safe for everyone. You don’t need a huge field or special equipment—just grab some friends, a bat, and a Wiffle Ball to start a game anywhere!   A bit of Trivia! - National Wiffle Ball Day. It was invented way back in 1953 by a man named David N. Mullany. He created it so kids could play baseball safely in small spaces.
