And you probably know already that eating vegetables and good food are helping you grow big and strong, but did you know that learning things makes your brain grow big and strong too?

For Parents
Frantic Morning!
A few simple solutions to: Back- to- School troubles and stresses.

·        The breakfast battle
·        Manic mornings
·        Parental overload
·        Scattered schedules
·        Carpool conundrums

Do these words sound familiar!

The breakfast battle: You need quick, healthy breakfast meals, start by letting the kids put bowls and cereal on the kitchen table the night before.

Manic mornings: Looking for keys and homework, and the permission slip in the morning, put a check–inbox by the front door for all items to be placed in upon arrival home.
Do these words sound familiar!

Parental overload: Feeling like you are running in circles or a hamster on a wheel! Delegate homework, sports gear, doing chores, and telephone calls, all can be stressful but let the kids be more responsible and take part make it fun at the same time teaching to become more successful students and responsible young adults.
Return telephone when you can, you need your relaxation time too.

Scattered schedules: It's overwhelming to manage kids’ schedules with so many activities. But there is a solution- start with a large poster board and add the days of the week.
Then have each child fill in all of their events for the week. This is another form of delegating and responsibility.
The best day start of a new week - Sunday.

Carpool conundrums another busy task: If you have over one child to carpool; while waiting to be productive with your time and the other child waiting. By creating a workable desk in the car stock a large box with compartments or a shoe organizer with items need for homework time, toys, books, school supplies, and make certain to have a small cooler with water, and healthy snacks for the kids.
