  National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month : In June, we celebrate National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month, which encourages us to eat more healthy and delicious fruits and vegetables. This is a great time to try new fruits and veggies and explore their different flavors and textures. Exercise for you, your family, and friends. ·         You can make a fun game out of trying a new fruit or vegetable each day and rating it- based on taste and appearance. ·         You can also help your parents or guardians prepare colorful and nutritious salads or smoothies using fresh produce.
