Let’s
help prevent childhood obesity
We can help prevent childhood Obesity –
By sharing with children more fruits and veggies
With the array of fruits in the produce section at the
market, you can have a fun time sharing new fruits a week
Children can learn shapes, sizes and the beautiful array
of colors fruits come in.
How awesome is that!
Then, of course, there are the health factors, minerals,
and vitamins, which fruits and veggies provide that can help lower health
complications as obesity and other health problems in children and adults.
Along with
some daily physical activity - exercise regimen such as walking once a day is a
start to better health.
