Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month

JUVENILE ARTHRITIS: is a form of arthritis that these kids experience is not the same as grandma’s aches and pains The type of arthritis that these kids experience is not the same. These children suffer from various autoimmune forms of arthritis. Their bodies’ immune system is attacking their joints, causing swelling, stiffness and permanent damage.

  National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month : In June, we celebrate National Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month, which encourages us to eat more healthy and delicious fruits and vegetables. This is a great time to try new fruits and veggies and explore their different flavors and textures. Exercise for you, your family, and friends. ·         You can make a fun game out of trying a new fruit or vegetable each day and rating it- based on taste and appearance. ·         You can also help your parents or guardians prepare colorful and nutritious salads or smoothies using fresh produce.
